Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 14 days from the date you receive your package to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return or an exchange, without having to give a reason.

For a return to be accepted:

• The item must be returned in its original, complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions).
• The product must be in new condition so that it can be resold.
• The order invoice (or your order confirmation) must be included in the package.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Defective or damaged items

If you receive a damaged package or an item with a defect, you can request an exchange or a refund. Email us at contact@maisonely.com and include photos of the issue so we can handle your request quickly. For defective or damaged items, return shipping costs are fully covered by Maisonely.

Return procedure

For any request, email us at contact@maisonely.com with your order number. Once your request has been approved, the products must be sent back to the following address:

Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of your withdrawal request. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
